Melissa’s love for fitness began at a young age through sport, but everything changed when her mum brought her along to a personal training session. From that moment, the gym became a second home, eventually leading her to pursue a career helping others discover the same passion. She became a PT to show people that fitness can be enjoyable, empowering, and something to look forward to rather than a chore.
To those starting their fitness journey, Melissa’s advice is to stick with it. Once you begin to see progress and results, the feeling of success makes it easier to fall in love with the process.
Melissa’s training style focuses on fat loss and muscle building, helping clients build strength and confidence through consistent progress.
Outside the gym, Melissa is a car enthusiast who enjoys car meets, shows and working on her own cars.
