Matthew first got into fitness through football while chasing his AFL dream. After spending seven years in the construction industry feeling bored and unfulfilled, he knew he needed a change. He wanted to be around like-minded, active people – so becoming a PT made perfect sense. Now, Matthew gets to share his passion every day and help others transform their lives through movement and mindset. 

To those starting their fitness journey, Matthew says this is not an 8-week challenge – this is your new life. Commit to the long game and embrace the process. 

Matthew’s training style is all about meeting people where they’re at, building genuine relationships and leading by example. 

Outside the gym, Matthew’s usually running marathons or training for his next Ironman or HYROX event.
