Mark’s fitness journey began with an active childhood, where he was involved in a variety of different sports. As he grew older, his love for sports evolved into a dedicated passion for fitness, driven by the positive impact it had on his health and well-being. For Mark, his biggest motivator is seeing growth in himself and the people around him too. He loves seeing results!
To those beginning their own fitness journey, Mark says it’s all about challenging yourself and pushing beyond your limits. Believe in yourself and stay focused on your goals. You’ve got this!
Mark’s training style integrates weight training, circuit training, HIIT and cardiovascular endurance training. By combining these techniques, Mark maximises his clients’ results whilst keeping his sessions dynamic and engaging.
Outside of the gym, Mark lives for the outdoors and enjoys hiking, exploring waterfalls and camping.
