Having played Rugby Union his whole life, Kyle always understood the requirement to have a strong and durable body to protect himself against the rigours of the sport. This caused him to develop a strong passion for health and fitness to ensure he was adequately prepared to play the sport to the best of his abilities. He now loves having the opportunity to pass his knowledge on to his clients so they can implement their own healthy habits to promote mental and physical health.
For those new to fitness, Kyle says to start slowly, try different styles of training and personalise your fitness journey. Fitness should be a positive experience – find what works for you as that will help you develop healthy fitness habits and consistently progress in your fitness journey.
Kyle describes his training style as a mixture between sport-specific and hypertrophy, including strength and power based to help those on and off the field.
Outside of the gym, you’ll find Kyle playing sports such as rugby union, touch, basketball and golf, as well as spending time with his family and dog.

Dog (Golden Retriever) as they’re always hungry, always tired, love cuddles, like running but get tired quickly, will judge you if you don’t share your food and get random bursts of energy at inappropriate times
