Growing up, Kieren had always enjoyed athletics and sports, and after he finished high school he began to dabble in strength training at the gym. After exploring resistance training and being able to fix a heap of niggling issues throughout his body, he was sold. Kieren finds that the most rewarding part of being a trainer is watching his clients succeed, claiming that “helping others achieve goals, change their mindset and improve their overall quality of life are some things that will never get old in this gig”.

For those wanting to get a kickstart on their own health journey, Kieren says to start with something you enjoy! There are many different ways to get a workout in, build strength and stay healthy. Finding a lane of fitness you enjoy is the key to staying consistent and having a good time.

Kieren says his clients can expect “the world to revolve around them”. He is sure to always put the client first and make sure that the training, programming and advice is relevant to their goals and in line with their lifestyle.

When not at the gym, Kieren likes to perform and record his own music, relax with some gaming, and get creative in the kitchen.
