“Small wins lead to big results!” 

Kevin’s passion for sports and movement led him to study Sports and Exercise Science, where he developed a deeper understanding of fitness and performance. Always driven to push his own limits, he found just as much joy in helping others do the same and becoming a PT was the natural next step. For Kevin, there’s nothing more rewarding to him than seeing clients grow stronger, build confidence, and achieve things they once thought were impossible.

Kevin’s advice for anyone starting out? Keep it simple, stay consistent, and focus on progress over perfection. Small wins lead to big results! 

Kevin’s training style prioritises strength, movement quality, and performance. He takes an evidence-based approach, tailoring programs to suit each client’s goals while keeping sessions engaging, challenging, and effective. 

When not at the gym, you can find Kevin reading, gaming or doing something creative such as 3D printing and painting.

I’d be a dog – you get all the love and scratches you could ever want, and much sleep as you could possible have!
