Kayla got into fitness while navigating medical conditions and searching for ways to better optimise her health. Through that journey, she experienced firsthand how powerful correct exercise can be, which inspired her to become a Personal Trainer. What she loves most is helping people realise there are no prerequisites to starting – just the willingness to begin.

To those starting their fitness journey, Kayla’s advice is to start now. A PT’s role is to meet you at your current ability and help you level up from there.

Kayla’s training style is centred on listening to the body each session. Depending on how you’re feeling, training may focus on cardio, strength, or mobility, with the goal of always leaving sessions feeling good and accomplished.

Outside the gym, Kayla enjoys playing a wide range of sports and spending time with her new puppy.

A: Did I really stay still for that long?
