For Joe, a passion for rugby when he was younger ignited a general interest in fitness. Through life’s hurdles Joe’s Mother got sick, which motivated him to start learning everything there is to know about nutrition, health & fitness so he could improve the lives of others.
Joe works with rehabilitation clients through to powerlifting to achieve their own fitness goals. He tailors unique programs that look at the individual aspects that affect your health which include sleep, nutrition, mobility & strength.
Outside of the gym you’ll find Joe also posting his expertise on his social media with some educational content. He also enjoys reading books, camping & exploring local cafes for some good quality coffee!
