“Just start!”

Jim’s always been active, and during his teenage years he got into resistance training to support the hobbies he loved. Becoming a PT felt like a natural fit – it’s a career that helps people take charge of their health, and nothing beats seeing someone achieve something they didn’t think they could.

To those starting their fitness journey, Jim’s advice is simple: just start. No matter how big or small the goal, doing something is the first step.

Jim’s training style is predominantly strength-focused, but he blends in overall conditioning to help clients feel strong, fit and confident.

When he’s not in the gym, Jim’s usually out surfing, snowboarding, wakeboarding or mountain biking.
