“Just get started!” 

Jess has always loved movement – from dancing to horse riding to gym training. After a workplace injury took her away from vet nursing, her rehab journey with personal trainers sparked a new passion. Not only did they help her rebuild physical strength, but they supported her mentally through a tough time. That experience inspired Jess to become a PT herself – to give others the same encouragement and guidance that got her through. Helping people regain confidence and feel strong again is what drives her every day. 

To those starting their fitness journey, Jess’s advice is simple: just get started! You don’t need to change everything overnight – small consistent steps toward a clear goal can make all the difference. And remember, your goal may shift along the way, and that’s totally okay! 

Jess’s training style is personalised and flexible. She tailors every session to her clients’ needs, whether it’s pushing hard or taking a step back to prioritise overall wellness. 

Outside the gym, Jess loves spending time with her dog Kya, going on adventures with her partner and getting in some family time.

Anything shoulders! A lateral raise is my favourite.
