Jes has been into sports since a young age, so continuing to stay fit and healthy while also helping others was a natural progression. He loves the variety of awesome and interesting people he gets to meet and share stories with through being a personal trainer.
Jes’ advice for those hoping to kick start their fitness journeys is to follow your heart, love what you do, and do it!
Jes describes his training style as using a mix of strength and endurance style training, with a combination of weights and resistance, while complimenting it with functional and boxing exercises.
When he’s not a busy bee in the gym, Jes likes bee-keeping, archery, and playing video games.
