Jason first got into fitness through Taekwondo at an early age. When he started competing seriously, he began strength and conditioning training and has continued lifting ever since. Jason believes the human body is capable of amazing feats, and now loves helping people achieve what they didn’t know was possible and work around any injury limitations.

For those new to fitness, Jason says just start somewhere. Once you start the hardest part is complete. From there, it is just about consistency and finding what works best for you.

Jason has a varied training style, which includes martial arts, weights, callisthenics, stretching and flexibility training.

When Jason isn’t training his clients in the gym, you’ll find him doing handstands, martial arts or gardening.
