Jas’s fitness journey kicked off back in school with boxing. After graduating, he threw himself into gym training and it’s been part of his life ever since. With over 20 years of consistency (even training on holidays), fitness became second nature. After helping friends, family, and coworkers improve their health, Jas made it official in 2020 by becoming a PT and made it his mission to help clients build a lifestyle they didn’t think was possible and watch them thrive in everyday life.
To those starting their fitness journey, Jas’s advice is simple: start today! Set both short- and long-term goals and stay consistent.
Jas’s training style blends weight training, circuit-based workouts and HIIT.
Outside the gym, Jas enjoys cricket (both watching and playing), cooking and travelling.
