“Learn as much as possible!” 

In his mid-20s, Jack sought a more fulfilling career where he could positively impact people’s lives, particularly in health and wellbeing. His passion for working with great people and helping to transform their health and wellbeing prompted Jack to leave his finance job and pursue a career in personal training. 

To those who are just beginning their fitness journey, Jack’s top tips are to be open-minded and learn as much as possible. 

Jack’s training style is highly personal, focusing on understanding each client’s journey, motivations, and needs. He prioritises proper movement and designs exercise programs that are efficient and tailored to the client’s goals. 

When not at the gym, you can find Jack spending time with friends, family and his dog, Kobe.
