“Don’t be occasionally great, be consistently good!” 

Jack first got into fitness back in Year 9 at school, and what started as a simple interest quickly grew into a real passion. As he kept training, fitness became something he genuinely loved, which is what inspired him to become a PT. Jack wanted a career he enjoyed and felt passionate about, and now his favourite part of the job is helping others discover their own love for fitness and seeing their confidence grow along the way.

To those starting their fitness journey, Jack’s advice is don’t be occasionally great, be consistently good. Showing up, doing the right things day after day and staying committed is what leads to real results.

Jack’s training style is focused on strength and muscle gain, especially for those looking to build muscle and improve performance. 

Outside the gym, Jack enjoys running, playing footy, fishing, diving, camping and getting out in the 4WD.
