Connor spent most of his life avoiding sports, however after a break-up he wanted to try something new, and signed up at Revo Fitness. From there, he fell in love with the process of training and improving himself little by little, day by day. Looking back, Connor says that fitness has had a huge impact not only on his physical self, but his mental health too, saying that it got him through tough times, and gave him something to be proud of. As a trainer, he loves that there is the opportunity to share with others the mental and physical gains that an active life provides.
For those beginning their own fitness journey, Connor says to start by figuring out your why and make sure that you do it in a way that you enjoy!
Connor’s training style is catered to individual client needs and desires combined with a holistic understanding of what is driving his clients.
In his free time, Connor likes to DJ and produce music, as well as take photographs and read a good book.
