“Start small.”
After working in hospitality and having niggling injuries, Claire decided to start working with a trainer to gain strength and avoid further injuries. The further Claire got into her training, the clearer it became to her that she wanted this to be a bigger part of her life. Claire enjoys being able to be the friendly face at the gym for anyone starting out their fitness journey. Nothing brings Claire more happiness than seeing her clients get excited over even the smallest milestones and knowing that she’s helping them grow not only physically but also mentally.
To those who are just beginning their fitness journey, Claire says to know that it is okay to be scared (in fact, she says it is normal!). She recommends starting small and not putting too much pressure on yourself as you learn and grow.
Claire’s training style is focused on strength training, along with mobility, and injury prevention.
When she isn’t at the gym, you’ll find Claire enjoying a walk along the beach.
