Chris has always been active, growing up with surfing and surf lifesaving, and trying every sport possible at school. He became a personal trainer because of his love for movement and the joy of helping others become stronger, healthier, and happier. Chris also enjoys the balance of creating programs and working with people in a career that keeps him active.
To those who are just beginning their fitness journey, Chris’s advice is simple: fitness is the best investment you’ll ever make in yourself, improving not just how you look but your whole life.
Chris’s training style focuses on resistance training to help clients build strength and resilience.
When not at the gym, you can find Chris surfing or camping.
