Chris loved fitness from a very young age and remembers seeing people with great physiques and wanting to look like them. With a love for challenging himself, he began his own fitness journey. What Chris loves the most about being a personal trainer is the change in people’s mood from arriving to a PT session, to when they leave. Nobody ever leaves a gym grumpy after they have trained!
To anyone beginning their own fitness journey, Chris says “if you can get 1% better each day for one year, you’ll end up 37 times better by the time you’re done.”
Chris is very versatile depending on his clients needs and wants, but loves to incorporate weight training and HIIT training so ensure he always pushing his clients boundaries.
When not at the gym, you’ll find Chris spending time with his family, going for runs, gardening, and youth mentoring.
