Growing up around sport, and always getting involved in team sports has meant that Cameron developed a passion for health and fitness early in life. Cameron loves being a trainer so she can help others achieve their health and fitness goals and be a motivator in someone else’s life.

To those who are just beginning their fitness journey, Cameron says to ‘be patient, stay consistent and enjoy the process’.

 

Cameron’s training style is based on each individual she trains, but overall, she is a hands on learner, and a hands on teacher.

 

When not at the gym, you’ll find Cameron reading, playing netball, hitting the beach or going camping.
