Ashlee’s passion for health and fitness started when she left high school and joined a gym in the hope of improving her strength and fitness. She initially felt so intimidated to go by herself, so got the help of a personal trainer to gain confidence and take on the free weights section!
The thing Ashlee loves most about personal training are the individual connections she makes with people through the time spent together working on a common goal – their health and wellness!
For those thinking about kicking off their own fitness journeys, Ashlee understands that taking the leap to start is the hardest part. Once you continuously show up, the rest takes care of itself.
Ashlee loves all kinds of strength training, using barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells whenever she can.
You can find Ashlee going on brunch spot adventures, 4WD road trips, or spending time with her family, friends and dogs when she’s not in the gym.
