Ash got into fitness after years of playing sport growing up, and moving into gym training just felt like the natural next step. Experiencing the physical and mental benefits firsthand inspired him to become a PT. Now Ash loves helping others feel stronger, healthier, and more confident, and finds it incredibly rewarding to watch clients evolve into the best version of themselves.
To those starting their fitness journey, Ash says that comparison is the thief of joy. Don’t compare your path to anyone else’s. Start small, focus on building good habits, celebrate your wins, and trust the process – real change takes time!
Ash’s training style blends traditional strength training and bodybuilding methods with a big focus on form and function. Build the base and the rest will follow.
Outside the gym, Ash is all about sport, food, hiking and movies.
