“Fall in love with the process!”

Anthony has always been an active person, however it was when he didn’t make the cut for a basketball team that he began training. Seeing that he was low on confidence after not making the team, Anthony’s dad took him to the gym, and the rest is history! Anthony was inspired to become a personal trainer because he personally understands the struggles and pain points people go through to reach their goals, and he wanted to be able to help people accelerate through this phase. Anthony loves his job for many reasons, especially because it is rewarding watching his clients progress and reach their goals. He also loves the relationships and friendships built along the way that come with the job.

To those who are just beginning their fitness journey, Anthony reminds us to focus on falling in love with the process, not the result you are after. He says to create a routine that suits your lifestyle, build good habits, and don’t be afraid to ask for help!

Anthony’s training style is individualised for each client; however he always ensures to include resistance training with his clients, focusing on applying safe progressive overload from week to week.

When not at the gym, you’ll find Anthony planning and filming social media content for his business, hanging out with friends, going to the beach, going for walks, and listening to music.
