From a young age, Anjali has been passionate about fitness, and especially loved the feeling of being physically strong. Anjali became a personal trainer to help others achieve their dreams through health, fitness, and holistic wellness. She’s passionate about inspiring new goals and guiding people through their fitness journeys with support, motivation and a focus on balance in all aspects of life. 

To those hoping to kick-start their fitness journey, Anjali’s advice is to view fitness not as a chore, but as an investment in yourself. She believes it’s a powerful tool that helps you grow and challenges you to become a better version of yourself. 

Anjali’s training style includes hypertrophy, strength and conditioning, functional training, and boxing, all tailored to help clients achieve their personal goals. 

When not at the gym, you can find Anjali travelling and cooking.
