“Consistency is key.”

After hitting a ‘rock bottom’ in her mental health, Alesha realised there was only one more way to go: upwards. She saw an opportunity to start over completely and began seeking new ways to move her body. Starting with at-home workouts, she eventually found lifting, joined a gym and hasn’t looked back since. As a trainer, Alesha loves being able to help people of all abilities achieve their fitness goals and live a healthy lifestyle. She also enjoys supporting her clients as they commit to themselves, push past limits they’ve set and elevate their lives.

For those just beginning their fitness journey, Alesha reminds us to strive for consistency over perfection. She says, “motivation comes and goes, but consistency is always there for you”.

Alesha’s training style focuses on form and technique to help her clients reach their goals and improve their posture, mobility, confidence, performance and safety.

When she’s not at the gym, you’ll find Alesha hitting up the beach, travelling in her van, taking care of too many plants and going for long walks.

I have double-jointed elbows, so I can twist my arms all the way around

If you were an animal, what would you be and why?
A great white shark, they look socially awkward and dorky but are respected due to their strength and independence

What is your favourite meal?
Honestly, I don’t have one, but if it has jalapeños on it, I’m eating it!
