Alana’s journey into fitness began after being diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at 15. That moment sparked a lifestyle shift, and through training and nutrition, she’s lived life to the fullest. Since then she’s competed in sports at a national and world level. Fitness helped Alana find strength and pride in her body, and now as a PT, she’s passionate about helping others feel the same way. For Alana, seeing someone grow in confidence and strength is the most rewarding part of the job.
To those starting their fitness journey, Alana’s advice is start small, stay consistent and be patient with yourself. You don’t need to be perfect – just keep showing up.
Alana’s training style is strength and hypertrophy focused, with a strong emphasis on technique, progression and recovery. She tailors every plan to meet her clients’ goals and help them grow with confidence.
Outside the gym, Alana’s world revolves around being an athlete, staying active and exploring new places whenever she can.
