Aysun got into fitness during a time she felt burnt out and disconnected from herself. She didn’t recognise the person in the mirror, so she joined a gym, and it quickly became her therapy. Training helped her rebuild confidence, structure and strength. After experiencing firsthand how life-changing it could be, Aysun became a PT to help others shift from feeling stuck and self-conscious to strong and empowered.
To those starting their fitness journey, Aysun’s advice is simple: just start! That first step is the hardest, but it’s where the fun begins. You’ll learn so much, feel better and build strength inside and out.
Aysun’s training style is personalised and supportive, with a strong focus on mobility, posture, functional movement and building strength to match each client’s goals.
Outside the gym, Aysun loves collecting indoor plants and getting creative in the kitchen.
