“Trust the process!”
Abbey’s love of fitness began as a child. She was raised in a very athletic household and had health issues which were helped by keeping fit, so she leaned into it, and made it a part of her lifestyle. After giving up playing high-level sport, Abbey began going to the gym, however, was filled with self-doubt and anxiety. As a trainer, she loves being able to help those who are in a similar position and push them to smash their goals and get more confident in their own bodies.
To those who are just beginning their fitness journey Abbey says don’t be afraid to make mistakes, ask lots of questions and find what works for you. It may take time, however it will be worth it in the long run.
Abbey’s training style is focused on building strength and confidence with her clients. Whilst each client receives tailored programming, Abbey incorporates heavy lifting, resistance training, and HIIT when possible.
When not at the gym, you’ll find Abbey spending time with loved ones, relaxing at the beach or going camping.
