Not only does your membership give you access to the gym floor, but it includes access to our HIITFIT circuit training and Tempo mat Pilates. There’s a new workout to do everyday, so you’ll never be lost for what to do at the gym!
Plus, we’ve got 9 Squat racks so there’s less time waiting, and more time working out.
Knoxfield also offers The Studio for our Level Two members, with 24/7 access to 13 Reformer Pilates beds, an Evolt 360 body scanner, 6 Massage chairs, BLACKROLL foam rollers and muscle therapy & recovery equipment. If you’re ready to enter your wellness era, this is for you.
