You’ve probably heard by now that Revo Fitness is opening 14 gyms in Victoria in the next year, and that 8 of those are Crunch Fitness locations that are transitioning over to become Revo Fitness locations!
We know there are a few questions floating around right now, so we’ve pulled together everything you need to know as Crunch clubs start transitioning to Revo Fitness. Take a read below and don’t worry, we’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way.
What is happening to my membership?
Your membership isn’t changing right now! If anything does, Revo will give you at least 30 days’ notice before it’s transferred to a Revo Fitness membership. Until then, everything stays the same: your gym, your access, your membership.
Are classes still running? I can see Revo don’t have classes!
Classes are still running! If anything does change, you will get at least 30 days notice.
I’m a Crunch member, can I access Revo gyms now?
Not just yet! You’ll get access to all Revo gyms once the full transition is complete. You’ll be given at least 30 days’ notice before this happens.
I’m a Revo member, can I now access Crunch gyms?
Not quite yet! Revo members will get access to Crunch gyms once the transition is done, expected around mid-August. We’ll keep you posted on our website and socials.
I’ve Paid In Full at Crunch. What does this mean for me?
For now, the Crunch team is the best contact for any membership-specific questions. Rest assured, we’re working closely together to make this transition smooth for everyone.
Are Crunch clubs going 24/7?
Not just yet, but we’re working on it! We’ll share updates as soon as we can.
Will the gym be getting a makeover?
Yes! We’ve got plans to upgrade all Crunch clubs. Dates and details coming soon!
I want to cancel my Crunch membership. How do I do that?
No worries. Just pop into your local Crunch club and speak to the team there. Revo gyms can’t process Crunch cancellations.
Can I use my Fitness Passport?
You can keep using your Fitness Passport at Crunch gyms for now. Revo Fitness doesn’t offer Fitness Passport, but our membership is just $9.69 per week with no sign-up fee, no swipe tag fee, and no lock-in contracts.
