We’ve officially taken over all Crunch Fitness locations across Victoria. This is such a big moment for us, and we’re SO stoked to have you join us.

We know you might have a few questions, so we’ve pulled together everything you need to know about what’s changing, what’s staying the same, and all the exciting things coming your way.

What’s happening to my membership?
Your membership was assigned to Revo Fitness as of 21 July 2025 and will officially transition to a Revo Level Two membership on 21 August 2025.
Here’s what you need to know:
You won’t start paying for your Level Two membership until 21 August 2025, however we are giving you instant access through your existing Crunch membership so you can start enjoying the benefits straight away!
What’s included in a Revo Fitness Level Two membership?
- 💆♂️ Massage chairs in every club
- 👯 Bring a friend for free on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays
- 🧘♀️ Access to The Studio (coming soon to your club!) featuring:
- On-demand Reformer Pilates
- Unlimited Evolt Body Scans
- Muscle therapy and recovery tools
Your gym doesn’t have The Studio yet, but rest assured it’s coming. We will be renovating your gym to give you the full Revo experience. Until then, your Level Two membership gives you access to classes which will run until the refurbishment begins!
What will happen to classes?
Classes will keep running as normal until we close for a club makeover.

I’ve Paid In Full. Will you honour my months of membership?
Yes! We will honour the months left over on your current 12 month or 18 month membership. They will carry over to your new Revo membership!
Once those months runs out, your membership will roll into a Level Two monthly membership debited at $55 per month.
How do I access the gym now?
Your Level Two Revo membership gives you access to ALL of our locations. Meaning you instantly get access to our 17 locations in Victoria! Your Crunch Swipe tag will no longer work, however getting access is simple:
Option A: Revo Fitness App
- Download the app and scan the QR code at the gate.
- First-time login:
- Use the email connected with your gym account
- Tap ‘Forgot Password’
- Check your email for the reset link
- Set a new password and you’re good to go
Option B: Revo Swipe Tag
- Pick one up from reception during staffed hours (available from 22nd July 2025)
- Scan at the gate as usual
Can I access other Revo locations?
Yes! From 22 July 2025, you’ll have full access to every Revo Fitness location across Australia.
How do payments work?
Our Level Two membership is just $12.69 per week. We’ll debit your membership monthly, with your first payment of $55 happening on 21 August 2025. Until then, your payments will continue as normal!
I’ve paid for my Crunch membership in advance! How do my payments work?
Yes! We will honour the months left over on your current 12 month or 18 month membership. They will carry over to your new Revo membership!
Once those months runs out, your membership will roll into a Level Two monthly membership debited at $55 per month.
What do you need to do?
Make sure your payment details are up to date. You can do this by:
- A) Popping into club during staffed hours and our team will help you out
- B) Update them yourself anytime in the Revo Fitness App. You can find details of how here.
Are there payment fees?
Our payment provider Ezypay charges a 1.80% + $1.00 (+ GST) card processing fee. For Level Two members, this currently works out to $2.19 per transaction. Your card processing fees will remain unchanged until 21 August 2025, when updated Ezypay fees come into effect.
If you’re already paying by direct debit from your bank account then you’re all good, no processing fee will apply from 21 August 2025!
If you’re using a card and want to avoid the fee, you can switch to direct debit anytime in the Revo Fitness App (steps here) or chat to our team in club during staffed hours.
And the best part?
At Revo, we keep it simple. That means no Pay As You Go fees and no Annual Upkeep fees — unlike your Crunch membership.
Can Revo members access Crunch gyms?
Yes, starting 22 July 2025 Crunch gyms are now Revo gyms! Your Level Two membership gives you access to ALL locations.
Are Crunch clubs becoming 24/7?
Not yet, but it’s coming. Stay tuned for updates!
Will my Crunch gym get a makeover?
Yes! Every former Crunch club will be getting a full Revo refresh. We’ll share the details soon.
Don’t want to become a Revo member?
No worries! If you don’t want to become a Revo Fitness member you will need to cancel before 21 August 2025. Here’s how:
- Visit your club during staffed hours, or
- Email us at support@revofitness.com.au with your full name and club location and we will be able to assist you there
Can I downgrade my membership?
Yes. You can chat with our team at reception during staffed hours and we’ll help you out.
Can I still use Fitness Passport?
Fitness Passport access will end on 21 July 2025, as Revo does not participate in the program. The good news? Our regular membership is just $9.69 per week with no sign-up fees, no swipe tag fees, no lock-in contracts. Keen to stay? We’d love to have you!
Can I still bring a friend?
Absolutely! Level Two members can bring a friend for free on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays during staffed hours. If you were previously a Summit member at Crunch Fitness, you can continue to bring a friend for free at previous Crunch Fitness locations daily until your membership switches over to Revo Level Two on the 21 August 2025.
I’m an existing Crunch member. Can I continue to access Crunch NSW during the 30-day transition period?
No – you no longer have access to Crunch locations that won’t be transitioning over to Revo Fitness locations!
Previously Crunch clubs had Evolt and Hyrdo massage only for Summit members. Now that I get Revo Level Two member benefits can I access them?
Yes – Evolt and Hydro Massage Chairs are available for all Level Two members at the Crunch clubs.
Anything else I need to know?
Your continued access and use of, or entitlement to access and use, any Revo Fitness club on and from 21 August 2025 will constitute deemed acceptance of the Revo Fitness Terms and Conditions, which will replace your existing Crunch terms and conditions of membership.
