Sara’s fitness journey began at 16 when she first stepped into the gym and quickly fell in love with how it made her feel. Beyond aesthetics, it gave her confidence, energy, and a positive mindset that kept her grounded through life’s ups and downs. That passion, combined with her love for working with people, inspired her to become a PT and help others experience the same transformation. What she loves most is empowering women to grow stronger and more confident, both physically and mentally.

To those starting their fitness journey, Sara’s advice is to start simple and stay consistent. Focus on small, sustainable habits, be patient, and most importantly, find something you enjoy.

Sara’s training style blends time under tension with strength, core, and glute-focused training, drawing from her Reformer Pilates background to help women build lean muscle and move with confidence.

Outside the gym, Sara loves the beach, travelling, spending time with her family, exploring plant-based cafes, and a bit of shopping.

A: I can speak fluent Polish.

Q: What’s your favourite gym exercise?
A: Sumo deadlifts atm!

Q: If you were an animal, what would you be and why?
A: A cat! Chilled, sassy, napping all day and exploring the world at night, this is the way!
