Kiara’s journey into fitness came from wanting to feel stronger, more confident, and in control of her body after struggling with her relationship with food and self-image. What started as chasing results turned into something much deeper when she competed for the first time in 2023, building discipline, confidence, and self-belief that carried into every area of her life. That transformation inspired her to become a PT, helping other women break out of all-or-nothing cycles and realise what they’re truly capable of.
To those starting their fitness journey, Kiara’s advice is to stop waiting for the perfect time and just start. Focus on building small, sustainable habits and showing up consistently. That’s what creates real, lasting results.
Kiara’s training style is structured, high-energy, and results-driven. She focuses on proper technique and purposeful progression, creating an environment where clients feel supported, challenged, and genuinely enjoy the process.
Outside the gym, Kiara lives and breathes the fitness lifestyle, while also enjoying walks, brunch with friends, date nights, and modelling within the fitness space.

A: Probably how loud and outgoing I am… you’ll always know when I’m in the gym. But honestly, my real hidden talent is being able to bring that energy while still getting the job done.

A: RDLs, no question.
Q: What would be your first question after waking up from being cryogenically frozen for 100 years?
A: “Okay… but where’s the gym, what does training look like now and how much are we lifting??”
