Ash got into fitness by training with mates in his garage, starting with a simple bench press setup and pushing each other to improve. That competitive, supportive environment naturally led to gym memberships and a long-term passion for training. Helping his friends get stronger, fitter, and recover from injuries sparked his interest in becoming a PT, and he’s been driven ever since to help as many people as possible achieve their goals.

To those starting their fitness journey, Ash’s advice is to find something you enjoy and can do pain-free. The journey matters more than the destination, and consistency is key.

Ash’s training style is highly adaptive, recognising that every client is at a different stage with different goals and needs. He tailors every program to suit the individual.

Outside the gym, Ash spends his time training for strongman competitions and being with his young family.
