Aimee’s journey into fitness started through sport, playing netball and football before joining the gym to improve performance. It didn’t take long for her to fall in love with lifting weights and the strong sense of community. Early on, she remembers how daunting the gym felt, which inspired her to become a PT and help others feel supported from day one. What she loves most is guiding clients through their journey, building their confidence, and helping them reach their full potential both in and out of the gym.

To those starting their fitness journey, Aimee’s advice is to not stress about being perfect. Focus on small habits, learn the basics, and trust the process.

Aimee’s training style is supportive but firm, combining accountability with understanding. She focuses on building resilience, confidence, and long-term results through consistent, tailored training.

Outside the gym, Aimee enjoys spending time with friends and family, relaxing by the river or beach, and hunting for a good shopping deal.
