Jess got into fitness through her dad, a military man who instilled the importance of strength and discipline early on. Starting in the gym at 16, she focused on improving her health before developing a passion for bodybuilding and even competing in 2020. That experience shifted her perspective, leading her to focus on balance over extremes. Now, she’s passionate about helping others build sustainable lifestyles around fitness, nutrition, and overall wellbeing.

To those starting their fitness journey, Jess’s advice is to start small, stay consistent, and focus on habits you can maintain. Fitness isn’t about extremes. It’s about balance, patience, and enjoying the process.

Jess’s training style is centred on building balanced, sustainable fitness. Her sessions combine strength, mobility, and functional training, with a strong focus on technique, progression, and helping clients feel confident without burnout.

Outside the gym, Jess enjoys spending time with her baby Nathan and family, creating healthy recipes, and relaxing with a good show and hot chocolate.

Q: What’s your hidden talent?
A: I have a creative side in the kitchen, coming up with tasty, healthy meals that aren’t just good for you but actually enjoyable.

Q: What’s your favourite meal?
A: Cheesy baked potato.

Q: If you were an animal, what would you be and why?
A: I’d be a sloth, mostly because I love my chill time! I’m all about balance: I can train hard, stay active, and push for goals, but I also know the value of slowing down, relaxing, and enjoying life at my own pace. Plus… naps are non-negotiable.
