“If you’ve been waiting for the right time, this is it!” 

Maddi first got into fitness as a way to support her mental health. What started as an escape during a difficult time quickly became something much bigger, helping her build confidence, inspiration and a stronger outlook on life. Seeing how much training improved her own wellbeing inspired Maddi to become a PT so she could help others experience the same benefits. What she loves most is seeing clients reach goals they once doubted and knowing she played a part in helping them achieve those milestones. 

To those starting their fitness journey, Maddi’s advice is that the beginning will always feel like the hardest part because it’s new. Being ready isn’t a feeling – it’s a choice. Start small, start imperfectly and let that one decision change the direction of your future. 

Maddi’s training style is high-energy, encouraging and technique-focused. Her sessions are fun, purposeful and challenging, helping clients build strength while also building confidence. 

Outside the gym, Maddi loves art like drawing, painting, poetry and dancing. She also enjoys being outdoors at the beach, hiking or exploring beautiful landscapes.
