“Focus on building small, consistent habits!”  

Erin first discovered her love for fitness in high school, joining a strength and conditioning program to boost her performance in sport. What started as a way to improve her game quickly became a genuine passion. Inspired by her own journey, Erin decided to become a PT to help others experience that same growth. What she loves most is seeing her clients gain confidence, hit goals they never thought possible and develop a lifelong love for movement. 

To those starting their fitness journey, Erin’s advice is to show up, even when you don’t feel like it! Focus on building small, consistent habits rather than chasing perfection. Over time, those small steps lead to big results! 

Erin’s training style is about finding that sweet spot between challenge and enjoyment. She pushes clients just enough to grow, while keeping sessions fun. 

Outside the gym, Erin loves coastal walks, Pilates and spending time with family and friends.
