Tom’s journey into fitness began during the COVID pandemic, when staying active became his way to protect both body and mind. What started as a daily routine to manage stress quickly grew into a passion that completely changed his life. Experiencing the mental and physical benefits firsthand inspired him to help others do the same. For Tom, the best part of being a PT is watching clients achieve goals they once thought impossible and seeing their confidence soar along the way.
To those starting their fitness journey, Tom’s advice is to just start – don’t wait for the perfect time. Focus on small, consistent habits and find a form of training you actually enjoy.
Tom’s training style creates a positive, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable yet challenged. He prioritises proper technique, gradual progression and fun sessions that deliver results.
Outside the gym, Tom loves football, hiking, surfing and weekend adventures.
