Growing up on the basketball court, Mon developed a competitive streak and loved how exercise made her feel. But her first gym experiences were all about shrinking her body, and endless cardio left her drained and unfulfilled. Everything changed when she discovered resistance training it transformed not only her body but her confidence and mindset. Over 8 years later, she hasn’t looked back. Becoming a PT was a natural step, and she loves helping clients grow physically, mentally and emotionally while finding self-belief along the way.
To those starting their fitness journey, Mon’s advice is consistency over intensity, progress not perfection is what leads to lasting results.
Mon’s training style focuses on proper technique, biomechanics and building both muscles and confidence, all with plenty of laughs in between sets.
Outside the gym, Mon loves playing basketball, paddle-boarding and travelling.
