Llew has been hooked on movement since competing in sports from the age of 10. After a few injuries, he turned to strength training to build resilience and longevity – and hasn’t looked back since. With over a decade of coaching experience at state and national levels, he decided in 2022 to take the leap into personal training full-time. What Llew loves most now is seeing people grow stronger and more confident, both inside and outside the gym.
To those starting their fitness journey, Llew says the struggle itself towards the heights is enough to fill one’s heart.
Llew’s training style focuses on balance. He believes hard training must always go hand in hand with smart training to achieve long-term results.
Outside the gym, Llew is passionate about reading (currently diving into Camus), fencing, and constantly learning through books, podcasts and courses.
