Josh first got into fitness through sport, where training was simply part of performing better. Over time, he fell in love with the gym itself – the progress, the routine and the way it made him feel. Fitness became a huge part of his life, giving him confidence, structure, and a stronger mindset. That personal growth inspired Joshto become a PT, and what he loves most is helping others experience the same benefits – whether it’s building strength, improving health or simply feeling more in control of their day-to-day.
To those starting their fitness journey, Josh’s advice is don’t stress about being perfect – just keep showing up. Consistency beats intensity every time, and if you’re not sure where to start, reach out for support. A good plan makes all the difference.
