Madelyn first got into fitness when she turned 20 and decided it was time to swap late nights out for a healthy hobby. She started hitting the gym five days a week and never looked back. Friends constantly asked her for tips, so she thought – why not make a career out of it? After a year of study, Madelyn became a PT and now loves watching her clients choose themselves, improve and enjoy the journey.
To those starting their fitness journey, Madelyn’s top tips are: stick to the plan, don’t give up, try at least one new exercise each week, enjoy the progress and take the photos.
Madelyn’s training style focuses on keeping things simple, sticking to the basics and tailoring programs to what her clients want to achieve – all while making each session as fun as the last.
Outside the gym, Madelyn loves baking, making coffee and watching any kind of sport.
