“Consistency is key!” 

Paul first started his fitness journey back in 2014 at his local gym, with the simple goal of getting abs. But what began as a casual hobby quickly evolved into a deep passion. As he progressed, his goals shifted to competing in bodybuilding, and the gym became a form of stress relief that soon turned into a career. After gaining valuable experience and knowledge, Paul completed his Certificate III & IV in Fitness and hasn’t looked back since. He loves meeting people from all walks of life and helping them feel stronger and more confident in themselves. 

To those starting their fitness journey, Paul says trust the process, follow the plan and be patient – consistency is key! 

Paul’s training style is a mix of bodybuilding and functional training. He helps clients gain strength and confidence while moving safely and efficiently. 

Outside the gym, Paul loves hanging with his two Golden Retrievers, working on his car, gaming or spending time with family and friends.

What’s your favourite gym exercise? 

Dumbbell shoulder press or any dumbbell variant of chest press. 

What would be your first question after waking up from being cryogenically frozen for 100 years? 

“Did AI take over?” followed by “Did I lose all my gains?” 

If you were an animal, what would you be and why? 

One of my dogs! Living the life with 0 financial responsibilities and being able to eat and sleep all day… Heaven!
