From boxing and sprinting to strength training, Genet discovered just how powerful fitness could be – not just for the body, but for the mind. For her, fitness delivered discipline, self-belief and purpose, and now she’s helping others find the same. What Genet loves most is seeing her clients grow, not just physically, but in mindset and confidence too. 

To those starting their fitness journey, Genet’s advice is simple: have a realistic goal and never stop believing in your dreams. Be consistent, trust the process and celebrate small wins – because progress takes time, but it’s worth it. 

Genet’s training style focuses on building strong foundations first, prioritising form, technique and quality movement. From there, it’s tailored to the individual using a mix of strength, functional and conditioning work. 

Outside the gym, Genet loves being at the beach, hiking, reading and spending time with loved ones.

I really enjoy compound movements that work multiple joints and muscles groups.
