“Movement is medicine!” 

Steph has always been an active person, but fitness became more than just a habit – it became her anchor. It’s helped her build confidence, stay grounded and push her limits, both physically and mentally. Inspired by the transformation she experienced herself, Steph became a PT to help others create a healthy, sustainable relationship with movement. For her, it’s not about doing workouts just to tick a box – it’s about discovering what your body can do and enjoying the process along the way. 

To those starting their fitness journey, Steph’s advice is simple: start small and stay consistent. You don’t need to change everything at once – just find movement you enjoy and give yourself time to see progress. 

Steph’s training style is fun, motivating and personalised. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced lifter, she’ll tailor each session to you.
