Jeremy first got into fitness as a self-described “chubby kid” who wanted to make a change. He took things into his own hands, creating a routine that not only transformed his body but built his discipline too. That journey sparked a passion to help others, which is what led Jeremy to become a PT. Now, he loves making fitness simple and achievable for anyone looking to level up.
To those starting their fitness journey, Jeremy’s advice is simple: just start – even if it’s messy! Progress always beats perfection, and you definitely don’t need to be “fit” to begin.
Jeremy’s training style is all about steady progress. Whether it’s adding 1kg or an extra rep, every session counts toward building results.
Outside the gym, you’ll find him kicking a footy, on the golf course, strolling for coffee or curating the perfect workout playlist.
