“Consistency is key!”

Grace got into fitness in her late teens when she realised she wasn’t happy with how she was feeling – physically or mentally. Hitting the gym quickly became her happy place, where she felt stronger, more confident and more connected to herself. What started as a personal journey led to studying fitness and nutrition just for fun. The passion stuck, and turning it into a career was a no-brainer for Grace.

To those starting their fitness journey, Grace’s advice is simple: consistency is key! There’s no end goal, just a process you grow to love. You’re the one in the driver’s seat, so show up for future you and back yourself every step of the way.

Grace’s training style is all about intensity and strength. Think supersets, cluster sets, drop sets and AMRAPs!

Outside the gym, Grace is all about fishing, camping, going for walks and reading.
