Jess was inspired by her mum’s active lifestyle and played netball growing up. After an injury left her feeling a bit stuck and insecure, she found her groove in the gym and fell in love with lifting weights. From there, staying fit and healthy became a priority – and now, Jess helps others feel the same. Her goal as a PT is simple: to help people feel confident, strong, and excited to live a healthy life.
To those starting their fitness journey, Jess says your only competition is yourself. No one’s watching, so trust the process and take it one step at a time – progress will come!
Her training style blends weight training with some cardio, always with a focus on building confidence and long-term habits in a positive, supportive environment.
Outside the gym, Jess loves spending time with her puppy Otis, reading, Pilates and walks.
