“Start small and stay consistent!” 

Cassie has always loved being active, but her passion for fitness really took off when she saw the impact strength training had on her body and mindset. That transformation inspired her to become a personal trainer so she could help others experience the same. What Cassie loves most is building strong connections with clients and watching them grow, both physically and mentally. 

To those just starting their fitness journey, Cassie’s advice is start small, stay consistent, and don’t stress about being perfect. Progress is what matters and finding a routine that works for you is key. 

Cassie’s training style is all about balance. She combines functional movements with progressive strength training to challenge clients in a fun, sustainable way, always tailoring sessions to individual goals. 

Outside the gym, Cassie loves the beach, exploring new places, trying different foods, and spending time with family and friends – especially on holidays!
